Article title: Embarcadero Technologies Launches EA/Studio Business Modeling Tool

The article was about new modeling tool called EA/Studio. The purpose of this product was to create a bridge between business and data analyst. According to the article EA/Studio is a good alternative to Microsoft’s Visio. Users can now provide business analysts with a relatively inexpensive ($495 a seat), complementary technology to conduct BPM (Business Process Modeling). Embarcadero – the producer of EA/Studio is also known as a owner of ER/Studio – data modeling/database design tool. Now, together with it’s own OOA, Embarcadero gives the customers a chance to buy a complete modeling tool suite as a new trend moving away from stand-alone versions. ER/Studio has another advantage over other tools – it is compliant to the Eclipse open source standard, BPMN standard and even comes with a bridge from the Microsoft Visio BPM tool (Office). Of course the EA/Studio is not perfect but according to the author new releases will be better and will target the business process analyst.
