In this article we can see that many companies started thing about their budget and that they have to spend less money for training costs like travel, accommodation and they have to start using e-learning courses. In the company there must be a group of people responsible for IT training. E-learning is very useful for company. Employees who are unfamiliar with software they can make mistakes so they have to show that they can use applications in correct way. Simulations can be created using tools that record users' actions as they interact with the software. The recording is edited with an authoring tool and a simulation is created that instructs the user about what they should be doing when using the application. Infrastructure in the company must be in good shape it means that anybody can use it and there is easy access. The main aim of this article is to show us that company must have different types of techniques to learn employees and that training budget must be used smart. Learning program must encourage and force people to use blogs, wiki, sharing and collaboration.
