Browsing Gartner I have found interesting article about High-Performance Workplace and I want to share it with you.
The high-performance workplace strategy is designed to make people (workers, suppliers, partners, distributors, agents and customers) as effective as possible. It results from balancing investment in people, process, physical environment and technology. Beyond process automation, an HPW strategy enhances people's ability to do that which we cannot automate, for example discover, innovate, team, lead, learn and relate. By enhancing that which we cannot automate, we can improve both business efficiency and competitiveness.
In this article we can read about four different dimensions (technologies, processes, practices and management) which are combined to maximize the value people can create.
