Document describes real file example of Cool Vendors by introducing cases of several companies like Spigit (social networks), Tacit (Ilumnio Groups - skill- and interest-based social search tool), Visible Technologies. We have a chance to identify problems which may appear in our future company or the one we already work in by looking at the profile and analysis of institutions introduced in the document. One of the problems found in article is to identify which of the many aspects of social networking to focus on and raising enough capital to make a go of the segment. Another expertise shows challenges related with introducing new soluitons of quick identifying others with critical skills. Going further into article we have a change to meet more complicated IT problems and try to identify with them.
