On Gartner's website I found a very interesting article about discussion with Gartner Higher Education Research Vice President Michael Zastrocky and several members of the higher education community. Michael Zastrocky was asked to answer questions about, for example, using laptops in class, the problem of using libraries by students, the change in competition because of open-source application or the use of technology in higher education.
However this is "a question & answer article", is really worth to read, because we can see current problems and some solutions to them.
