I wonder why we didn't know about the library.books24x7. Could it help? Yes. Example? The last two courses about XML and Protocols. I tried to find some books online and on the webs, which were obligatory, but I simply couldn't find some of them. Here is the link of a book we had to follow during the last semester:
xml - http://library.books24x7.com.ezproxy1.lib.depaul.edu/toc.asp?bookid=20553
There were a lot of courses for 2 yeras, and we get to know about the books24x7 website at the end of DePaul's studies...

Unfortunately, You are right. We should contact mr Ślusarek, because this libraries like bokks 24/7, and/or Gartner looks reaaaly cool, but now, it isn't being used at all..... :/
exactly Jakub. I am glad that you answer my blog. I wonder why no one informed us, that there is so many usefull tools like books7x24. I wonder, maybe there is more sources like books7x24, and we have no idea of existance of them.
Maybe Al Burns will answer this blog and inform us about other "usefull tools" (if they exist). I have no idea how long we will have the access to the Gartner and Books7x24, but for me, this information we receive too late...
I think, that others(without partner program with dePaul) charges their users. But maybe there are others online libraries, with whom dePaul University has partneship program?
Alan, we are waiting for Your comment :)
Welcome to reality :) If I knew about books 24x7 earlier it would be much more comfortable to learn previous courses. Going through hundreds of web sites to collect a framework for particular course is not a way to go. Now it is to late since this is our last course, maybe we will be able to keep access to books 24x7 or Gartner forever ? It would be nice :)
Good point Tomek :D
Maybe most of prepared materials were that low quality as instructors thought we have access to books 24/7 ;)
Seriously, it's a shame we wasn't informed about this at the day 1 of DePaul.
