I found an article, where Gartner decided to describe, and grade this website, taking look at many aspects.

"Salesforce.com continues to champion software as a service (SaaS) with now more than one million subscribers; however, it will be challenged by the renewed focus of Oracle's Oracle CRM On Demand and Microsoft."

I think that this sentance doesn't evan need to be commented. Best competiotion - Oracle and Microsoft? It means, that this company must be really powerful, if they compete succesfully with these giants.
