One of important features of this kind of service is to be reliable, therefore there is a need to monitor many aspects of telecommunication system, such as:
* telecommunication carriers (which have to monitor state of each other)
* customer activity
* service and repair orders
Another unique feature of this model is that competitors often depend on each other in order to provide reliable service to their customers both bussiness and individual clients. In case
of telecomunications both expect at least the same quality of service. It should be also differentiated
if new product accomodates for project upgrading dependig on if its a completly new product or just update
of the old one.
