Their task is: to get a laptop that is broken, fix it, write short note what was wrong with it, put, both paper and laptop in the box and send it back to its owner. What gives them advantage from any other repair shops is that they store laptop parts worth 7$ million dollars, just to be ready to repair virtually any kind of a notebook. On average they repair 3000 computers a day, and most of them are fixed same day, that they arrive. Moreover, the facility is located few miles away from UPS world distribution center, cutting delivery time to minimum.
