Getting Results from Software Development Teams.

The title of this entry is the title of a book which I found on Books 24x7. Sooner or later some of you may become employees who will have to deal with project management issues. I've seen some examples of how it looks like and I must say that not everybody knows what exactly has to be done.

This is why this book may turn out to be useful. It explains why sometimes software is so difficult and describes software development in process frames. It wouldn't of course be complete if it didn't cover management methods and technology topics. Managing software professionals is yet another example of interesting information included in this book.

Maybe these topics are in the sphere of your interest too.
